Cavaletti Giovanni was born in Italy in 1978.
The love of cooking to Giovanni started very early working for hotels and restaurants in his native country for what he wanted to undertake studies as chef de cuisine at the Professional Institute of Hospitality IPSSAR of Villa San Giovanni, Reggio Calabria in 1991 . in 1993 he graduated as a chef, becoming coach of hospitality activities three years later. In 1996 he moved to London to work on the prestigious “Best Western” for Blundson hotel until the end of 1998 where he had to return home for military service.
He worked on and off in Venezia and in 2000, with the age of 23, achieved the dream of starting their own business called “A Lume di Candela” in Florence, until 2005. With the temptation to expand their knowledge and experiences moved to the United States in late 2006 to begin as a private kitchen chef Alba Presidence and ending as a representative of all the chef of the company until 2008. Sisley had to abandon his dream for health reasons, returning to Italy, where later, in 2010, he continued working in Rome, Parliament Square as chef at the restaurant “Vitti”.
